Voluntary Chapter Directors Wanted
Position Description
The Chapter Director is the primary advocate to support the mission and values of the
RythmInno Organisation. The Chapter Director is responsible for leading and
managing chapter activities and working in partnership with the overall management,
board of directors (when applicable), and other key constituents. S/he is responsible
for developing the strategic plan, including business and program components. S/he
also is responsible for increasing the visibility, network, and programmatic
contributions of the chapter, as well as working collaboratively with other Rythminno
chapters. Other programs, agencies, and groups should be identified by the Chapter
Director to accomplish program goals.
Position Requirement:
Required: An undergraduate student or above, experience in working with diverse
populations,
Desired: The individual must be a dynamic leader with excellent written and verbal
communication skills and also must demonstrate expertise in fundraising, public
speaking, marketing, entrepreneurship, business, and people management.
Essential Functions
- Oversee all chapter programs, services, and activities to ensure that all
requirements are met. - Develop and implement the chapter’s strategic plan.
- Develop goals and objectives for the chapter, based on the strategic plan.
- Prepare and manage chapter budget.
- Coordinate chapter fundraising activities, including grant writing, major gifts,
corporate sponsorships.

Work Hours
Recommended hours worked: A minimum of 20 hours/week
